2. Custom Software & Development Milestones
Custom software engineering contracts follow milestone-based billing (e.g. 40% Architecture & Design, 40% Development, 20% Production Sign-off). Once a milestone phase has been demonstrated, reviewed, and approved by the client, funds allocated to that completed milestone are non-refundable.
3. Third-Party Domain & Ad Spend Disclaimers
Domain registration fees (.com, .com.bd, .net) and direct ad budgets transmitted to Meta/Google are paid directly to international registries and advertising networks. As these third-party platforms do not offer refunds, raw ad spend and domain registry fees cannot be refunded once activated.
